If you are a small to medium sized business looking to integrate your software and/or are looking for the holy grail of software to perform repetitive or time-consuming tasks through automation – Deboxify is here for your business. In an effort to make sure your business works in organized perfect harmony, we take the time to understand what your business goals are before we recommend software. It’s that simple. We want to know the good, the bad and the ugly so we can set you up with the proper software solutions to remedy your pain points right away.
We offer the following services at the following rates (we don’t like hiding our pricing behind a ‘consultation’):
Using one of several software automation platforms that best suits your needs, we will help you connect the work you do in System A to the records you keep in Program B without needing to fully integrate the software.
- One automation: $800 one time, with a 4-hour engagement over 2 to 3 days
- Multiple automations*: $1,600 one time, with an 8-hour engagement over 4 to 5 days
*When configured automations are from the same software packages we can bundle up to 5 automations.
The gold standard of process automation because it allows you to automate in a true “hands off” fashion and in real-time.
- One integration: As low as $900 one time, with a 4-hour engagement over 2 to 3 days
- Multiple integrations: Contact us for a quote (every program is so different, that we need to be sure we don’t quote you too high!)
Using Lean and Six Sigma principles, we jump into the deep end with you to give you a clear path toward greater productivity, throughput, and profit by giving you an implementation strategy for our recommended changes.
- As low as $1,200 depending on the size of the operation to be studied.
If you’re making the leap from one software solution to another, we’ll help you to keep as much of the important data as possible so you don’t miss a step in your day-to-day work. The work has three phases: Extract the data, Transform the data to work in your new system, Load the transformed data into the new system and test. Each phase is very distinct, so we quote each separately.
- Extract: Starting as low as $250 + $10/100 ‘records’
- Transform: Starting at $200/hr. There is a lot of work you will need to do to make sure your data is labeled correctly. We provide guidance, but we need your direction.
- Load: Starting as low as $250 + $5/100 ‘records’
All of our engagements will typically include the following steps:
- Scoping: Using a structured agenda, we gather your business requirements. We take the time to learn about the systems you want to integrate and the processes you want to automate. We establish measurable targets and metrics for your project so we all know when we’ve arrived.
- Execution: Once the scope is clear and you have signed-off, we will execute the approved plan to meet your specifications.
- Project management: We keep you updated daily on the project timeline and deliverables.
- Data validation, if applicable: With your help, we validate the integrity of the data to make sure it is what you need it to be and where you need it to be.
- User acceptance testing, if applicable: You and your team verify that the solutions work as expected.
- Knowledge transfer: We walk you through system setup and maintenance best practices that will empower you and your team to maintain or enhance your new solutions yourself.
